Digital inclusion toolkit for health and social care

Introduction to the digital inclusion toolkit

The digital inclusion toolkit for health and social care has been designed to support organisations and services, who provide digital health and care services, resources or interventions, to develop their approaches to supporting digital inclusion. The toolkit has been informed by the learning and insight from the Digital Inclusion Programme and follows the process set out in the ‘place-based, co-design approach to digital inclusion’ paper. The toolkit includes a set of co-design session plans that will help organisations/services to work through the process. There are 12 additional tools which feature at different points across the different stages of the approach. Each tool has a ‘how to guide’ text description and a link to access or download the tool or template (pdf).

The approach and toolkit are offered as a proposed way for organisations/services to approach developing digital inclusion support based on evidence from the Digital Inclusion Programme. Feedback and insight on their use and how they could be improved would be welcomed.
