The sessions are fully funded and delivered entirely online. As well as being available to leaders in health and social care, they are also aimed at those working in social work, housing, charities, and the wider Third Sector.
Part 1 is a 45 minute pre-recorded session on ‘what it means to be a leader in the digital age’. Topics include: what is a digital mindset; case studies for user-centred transformation; and an introduction to the Scottish Approach to Service Design.
Part 2 is a live, interactive, online session led by expert facilitators over MS Teams and offers a deeper dive into digital thinking and service design, for example service design principles and what a digitally-enabled organisation looks like.
Spaces are limited, so early registration is recommended.
