Delivery Plan 2025-26

An updated delivery plan 2025-26 for our Digital Health and Care Strategy, in partnership with COSLA, was published on 11 August 2025.

In line with previous iterations, this will set out the activities that support NHS Health Boards, Health and Social Care Partnerships, local authorities, primary care, social work, and housing and care providers to implement better systems, infrastructure and improved access to services and support.

The stated priorities of the delivery plan will reflect our ongoing commitment to a shared ambition, and to working collaboratively with organisations across the sector to achieve the aims set out in the overall Digital Health and Care Strategy.
